Our Members
AZISPI members include internal and external consultants, executives, trainers, instructional designers and academics focused on improving human performance in the workplace. Our members are employed in a number of professional venues that include business, health services, technology, government agencies, education and non-profit organizations.

For the past 25 years, we have helped our members maximize performance and increase workplace productivity. AZISIPI has been recognized for various achievements and received the following awards: Outstanding Chapter Award in 1987 Outstanding Communication Award in 1992 Community Involvement Award in 1995.

5 Keys to Align Behavior Change & Performance with Organizational Objectives
Many organizations are adept at designing organizational strategies, objectives and plans for change. The challenge comes in translating the plans into real behavior, attitude and performance change in the workplace. The absence of concrete individual changes is often the reason desired outcomes are not realized.

In this session, Tery Tennant will bring his experience of being both on the receiving and initiating end of organizational strategies, and show participants how to translate these broader plans into level 3-4 learning with measurable, lasting behavior, attitude & performance changes.
